What began as an exploration of material properties evolved into the UTO series by long-time Smile collaborator, Jean Paul Brkovic. A low chair, coffee table, and stacking benches shaped directly by the character of the material itself.⁠ Made using our Heron wash collection, the design reveals the possibilities of thermoforming; bending, shaping, and transforming recycled plastic into new, functional forms.⁠
