As part of our Made-to-order collection, Plum is designed to bring personality to your project quickly. Made-to-order sits between our Core and Custom offerings, a curated palette of materials that balance creative flexibility with efficiency. Think of it as guided customisation, with each surface crafted from recycled plastics and underpinned by our signature circular ethos.
Full panels are available in 12mm and 20mm thicknesses as standard. Minimum order quantities apply.
Made-to-order samples are available in a 100mm x 60mm size and can be ordered exclusively through our Build Your Own Sample Set offering.

Available in: 12mm and 20mm thicknesses as standard. But can also be supplied in 3mm, 5mm, 8mm. 15mm, 17mm and 23mm.
Note: Thicknesses are nominal. Please allow for thermal expansion – up to 2mm per metre over a 10°C range.
We work hard to ensure our panels are as free from blemishes as possible, but by their nature, no two panels are the same. For us, every quirk, imperfection and mottle tells a different recycling story. Panels are supplied with a single-sided semi-matt finish as standard, and can also be supplied double-sided should your intended application require it. Please specify this when ordering.
Part of the beauty of recycled materials is that each batch will be different to the last, so there will be some variance from what you see here and in samples.

– While we can closely tailor the colour mix, some natural variation and small inclusions of other colours may still occur due to the recycled nature of our materials.

How it’s made
Curation is at the heart of Made-To-Order. And that’s both in terms of the sourcing of the raw materials to uncover unique colour combinations and textural appearance, and the hand-arranging of the repurposed raw material to deliver a panel that’s entirely unique to you.
Our factory setup is intentionally low-impact, using a fraction of the energy required by conventional plastics machinery. And we prioritise local suppliers wherever we can.
