When undergoing our brand evolution, one aspect of your feedback that really stood out was your desire for customisation.
Through Smile Plastics, we’ve long offered a bespoke service, where we can work to an exact brief – whether it be a specific waste stream you’re looking to harness, or a colour or texture you’d like to replicate. But we wanted to go a step further. We wanted to make custom commonplace, without requiring large order quantities or adding unnecessary complexity.
Made To Order is simply a collection we’ve designed with some built-in flex for you – think of it as guided customisation to help you achieve the exact aesthetic you’re looking for.

Offering you ‘guided customisation’ – with a spectrum of aesthetic combinations to select from – Made To Order is ideal for fast-moving projects where dependable stock and performance are key. And let’s face it, which project wouldn’t benefit from this pairing of practicalities?
Crafted in response to your feedback that personalisation in commercial interiors is very much desired, Made To Order offers a flexible palette of 32 (and counting) surfaces.
Tailormade to your specification
Available as panels with 12mm and 20mm thicknesses as standard, each one is crafted to offer a visual point of difference, whilst being underpinned by a sustainable value system. Minimum order quantities of 6 sheets for any thickness have been tailored to allow adoption across a range of project sizes. Not just those on the larger scale.
As with all our Smile Plastics collections, the Made To Order offering will evolve depending on the availability of waste streams. So, there will always be an element of limited edition.
