Combining pattern and colour
Whether your scheme lends itself to blue hues, pops of pink or nature-inspired neutrals, we can create a palette to inspire. Beyond colour, we play with gradients, fleck sizes, ratios, and larger-format effects to shape panels with striking, expressive pattern. Through our custom service, we can also colour-match across the spectrum, including RAL shades and metallics, to reflect branding or complement other elements of a space. Curated colour and textural appearance will result in a panel that’s characterfully unique to you.
RAW MATERIAL SELECTION
We can work with various thermoplastics, papers, organic materials, and memorabilia to create encapsulated or integrated materials. Raw materials we have worked with include CDs, banknotes, electric cabling, plastic straws, and marine litter. Please note that we cannot work with heavily contaminated waste or metals.
Technical performance
We can look at developing bespoke materials that have different mechanical or technical performance requirements, including material flexibility, UV, weather or fire performance criteria.

2. Talk to our team

3. Test samples
Our sampling process lets you refine your choices and see what’s truly possible. Samples are 240mm x 120mm x 12mm. We will advise on any costs.
We may need to scale up the trials with full sheet 3000mm x 1200mm tests.
4. Receive your quote
Receive a clear, customised proposal based on your selections and project requirements, giving you lead times based on your approved material.
5. Custom materials that deliver
Your bespoke recycled panels will be manufactured to your exact specification, and sent for use in your scheme or project.
6. Close the loop
If your application is temporary, we can buy back your panels and recycle them through our process, giving the material a new life.
